The location was excellent for exploring Newport, with easy access to local attractions. However, our stay in the Carriage House Room felt cramped. The highlight was enjoying a lovely breakfast on the rooftop deck, savoring the fresh air and views. Request a room in the main house for more space.

I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. The roof porch provided a nice view in the evenings. The manager was professional and made us feel at ease during our stay.

The parking lot was crowded. The stairs might pose an issue for anyone with mobility challenges.

We had an amazing group vacation and explored the local harbor, where we saw everything from small sailing boats to stunning mega-yachts. The location was perfect—close to shops and restaurants. We loved the staff, super friendly and felt like family! Always had fresh cookies and good tips for food spots. The place was chill and peaceful, but watch out for those ants in the room. No coffee maker or fridge, which was a bit of a bummer. Breakfast was awesome with real porridge and fruit!
